Tommy C. Seay, Sr. was born on September 16, 1957, in Buffalo, New York. He is the fifth of eleven children born to Ezelle and Claudia Seay. He received his education in the Buffalo school system. Seay Sr. is an advocate of righteousness and a defender of the faith. 

On August 15, 1982, he was born again by the Spirit of the Lord and filled with the power of the Holy Ghost. He went on to enroll into Bible college where he became a graduate of the 2007 Class of World Harvest Bible College (ESP), directed under the leadership of its Founder and Dean, Elder Rod Parsley, Senior Pastor of World Harvest Church in Columbus, Ohio.

Seay, Sr. has assisted various pastors throughout Western New York in establishing their churches. He has initiated, produced, and edited television and radio Broadcast Ministries; and conducted ministerial training classes for those churches. He also formulated and orchestrated the curriculums for the New Member Classes for those Ministries. A profound Sunday School teacher, an informative and inspiring preacher, his heart’s desire is that all mankind would come to know the Truth, Jesus Christ.
